A wide range of biomolecules can be covalently coupled
to the beads as capture molecules. Various strategies are used for
coupling which are optimised for each molecule. Multiplex antibody,
antigen or DNA assays are examples of the wide product range which
has already been developed and is being expanded continuously by
the partners of Luminex.
