Procedure

• We will provide advice on required parameters and the compatibility of your samples as well as make you an individual offer.

• You send us at least 75 µl per sample (for single determinations) packed on dry ice. For the test of cell culture supernatants, we additionally require 10 ml of the used cell culture medium to generate a standard curve.

• We store your samples at –80°C until the order has been completed. We also return any remaining sample material by request.

• We analyse your samples within the mutually agreed time frame, normally within 3 working days.

• You will receive the data report in excel-format per e-mail and, on demand, by mail.

• We are happy to answer any questions regarding your data report personally over the telephone.
